1. Return Policy
Hum hygiene reasons ki wajah se returns accept nahi karte.
Kyun ke products directly skin/body par use hote hain, is liye opened/used products return nahi kiye ja sakte.

2. Refund Policy
Hum refund sirf in cases me provide karte hain:

a) Wrong item delivered
Agar aapko galat product deliver hua ho, to 7 din ke andar hum se contact karein.
Proof (photo/video) required hogi.

b) Damaged / Defective product
Agar product damaged ya defective receive hua ho, to 7 din ke andar photo/video ke sath contact karein.
Hum replacement ya refund provide karenge (company policy ke mutabiq).

3. Refund Process
Refund process karne ke liye:

• Aapko order details aur photo/video send karna hoga

• Hum verify karne ke baad refund process karenge

• Refund time payment method ke mutabiq vary karta hai (usually 7–14 days)

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges generally non-refundable hote hain.
Agar wrong/damaged item deliver hua ho, to shipping charges refund/replace ho sakte hain.

5. Cancellation Policy
Order dispatch se pehle cancellation possible hai.
Order dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi hoti.
